IP Portal is a dialer app that allows you to make phone calls through the existing IP-Telekom telephone exchange. You can enter the phone number to be called manually (dialer), from your contact list or from the list of the last calls. The app starts a controlled phone call from IP-Telekom's call center, resulting in an incoming call on the device.
