The Museum of Ethnography in Budapest is one of the most modern ethnographical institutions in the world. Besides the priceless artefacts of Hungarian folk culture, it represents the culture of peoples from different continents, showing the various forms of everyday life and community relations from ancient times to the present.

The Museum of Ethnography has arrived: after 150 years it can move to its final residence built in the arch of the City Park. The diverse collection from now on can be presented in a worthy way, and our publications and folk souvenirs are also available again.
