With the help of the application, an electronic submission can be sent to the Police, in which the data and circumstances related to the report can be described in detail.

The purpose of filling out the form in the application is to start the procedure. Filling in as accurately as possible results in a faster assessment.

The following questions, which you can answer in a separate field in the application, will help you in filing the report:
• What happened?
• Where did it happen?
• When did that happen?
• How was the act committed?
• Why could they have committed the act?
• Has anyone suffered an injury, and if so, what kind of injury?
• Have they caused damage to someone (value of damage)?
• Are you aware of a crime committed to the detriment of another, which is certain or, based on the circumstances, presumably committed by the same person(s) as the act that forms the basis of your report?
• Who committed the act?
• What information can you provide about the perpetrator?
