Harapan Makmur Village, a village located in Gaung Anak Serka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province.

Harapan Makmur Village is a division village of Teluk Tuasan Village which was originally named Teluk Pergam Hamlet and was split on July 19 2011.

The name Harapan Makmur Village was given by the Regent of Indragiri Hilir at the time, Indra Muklis Adnan.

He considered the name of the village to contain an element of prayer and hoped that the village community would be able to create a truly prosperous and glorious village.
