The Bitung Digital City (BDC) application is an integrated community service application for the Bitung City Government to simplify and speed up services for the people of Bitung City. This application is free and can be used by all people of Bitung City.

Application Facility:

● Agreed Racers
Providing facilities for reporting public complaints such as cleanliness, congestion, government services or emergency situations such as fires, floods, etc.

● Great Village
Make it easier for the community to manage letters in the sub-district such as Transfer Letters, Business Certificates etc.

● Population Administration
Make it easier for the public to manage documents such as marriage certificates, birth certificates, etc.

Notes:
■ The BDC application is still being developed by the City Government of Bitung. Some facilities are not yet available and are still under development.
■ You can only register in the BDC application if your identity has been verified by the Kelurahan.
