MHDocuments is an application for processing letters and documents intended for Bitung City Government ASN.

Apart from Letters and Documents, MHDocuments also provides other facilities including:

● Event Attendance
Providing Event Attendance facilities for Bitung City Government activities.

● SiMAK
Facilities to monitor certain locations in Bitung City using CCTV.

● BDC Reviews
Supporting facilities for the BDC (Bitung Digital City) application for ASNs such as Lurah to check and sign letters of submission from the public.

● PBJ Reviews
A facility to support the SepakatPBJ application for checking and verifying applications for procurement of Goods and Services for the Bitung City Government.

Notes:
■ This application is still being developed by the City Government of Bitung. Some facilities are not yet available and are still under development.
■ This application is only intended for ASN within the City Government of Bitung - North Sulawesi.
