The Dumai Berkhidmat Application is a Mobile-Based Online Application that was built and developed with the aim of supporting the realization of the Concrete and Measurable Implementation of the Vision and Mission of the City of Dumai for monitoring and documenting the progress of targets and the realization of the Mayor of Dumai Berkhidmat's program as well as a means of public complaints on findings related to physical development and inadequate infrastructure conditions.
