Full: SiPending EMAS is an abbreviation for the Prosperous Community Geospatial Data and Information System which was built by the DKI Jakarta Social Service, in collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. The SiPending EMAS application functions to assist DKI Jakarta Social Service officers in carrying out a mobile-based geospatial data collection process related to poverty data for DKI Jakarta residents.
