The anchor, is the name / term given for the Regional Complaints Formal Complaints Portal for the Karawang Community, which will be launched by the Regent of Karawang Regency on Friday, 02-22-2019.
# What is TANGKAR (Tanggap Karawang)?
An Online Aspiration and Complaint Service Portal of the Karawang Community based on Android, Web, SMS Gateway and Social Media that is run with the principles of easy, integrated, and complete.
#Why do you have to go to Tangkar? because currently the mechanism for handling public complaints has not been effective and efficient, such as;
• Communities distribute complaints not in the official channels of regional complaints, many in the Non-Government Social Media forum
• Monitoring the process of resolving complaints is done manually, so that many complaints are not resolved
• Recording of complaints is still done manually
• The public cannot see the process of resolving complaints until the stage / status of the complaint whether waiting, being processed or completed.
# How is the Cage Processed?
Every complaint that enters through the Android and Website application is stored directly on the system, while for other complaint channels (LAPOR, SMS Gateway, Social Media, Whatsapp and Email) will be recorded and verified by the TANGKAR admin team.
# What problems can a tangkar help?
All community complaints start from Social (House Collapsed, Rutilahu, etc.); Infrastructure (roads, bridges, etc.); Health (RSUD / Puskesmas services, Health BPJS, ambulance needs); and in other fields.
