Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) is data and information about the level of community satisfaction obtained by quantitative and qualitative measurement data on public opinion in obtaining services from public service providers by comparing their expectations and needs. The Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) can be used as an assessment material for service elements that still need improvement and become a driving force for each service provider unit to improve the quality of its services. Considering that the types of services are very diverse with different characteristics and characteristics, in order to facilitate the preparation of a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) the service unit requires general guidelines that are used as a reference to determine the performance of public services within each agency.
