Documentation and legal information that is well organized and organized in a national network is an inseparable part of the administration of good, clean, and responsible governance to meet the demands of the public for the required legal documentation and information.

The issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 33 Year 2012 concerning the National Legal Documentation Network is one of the efforts in improving the quality of national legal development and legal information services to the public. In addition, the purpose of JDIH itself is an instrument to create uniformity in the management of documentation material, accelerate the rediscovery of documentation material, and improve services and public access to legal information.

In order to develop and develop JDIH the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, the Legal Department has managed JDIH by developing a domain with the website address www.jdih.menpan.go.id since 2016. In 2019 jdih.menpan.go.id also has been integrated with the JDIHN website portal (National Legal Information Documentation Network) with the website address http://jdihn.go.id/ so that the collection of legal products on the jdih.menpan.go.id website can already be accessed on the website http: // jdihn.go.id/ which is managed by BPHN.

JDIH Ministry of PANRB continues to develop by integrating E-Office services namely SimPAN (Mobile PAN Information System) owned by the Ministry of PANRB and now continues to be developed by making an application of JDIH Ministry of PANRB on the playstore with the hope of providing legal product dissemination services to stakeholders large. So it is our hope to provide an easy, fast and accurate distribution of legal products to stakeholders and all ASN / PNS and the wider community.
