MEWS-OBSTETRI (mW) or Wahdi's Modified Maternal Early Warning Score is an application for early detection of obstetric emergencies in preventing three delays:
1. Too late to recognize the danger.
2. Late referral.
3. Too late to get help quickly at the point of reference.

This application is a tool to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality, which is part of the seven pillars of Jama Pai (Network of Communities Caring for Children and Mothers).

2. Referral notification system
