SOLID is an application that makes ISO training and document management easier for various types of companies. This application supports various ISO standards, allowing company members to manage documents anytime and anywhere. With its paperless feature, SOLID reduces the risk of document loss due to human error.
SOLID app main features:
Account activation
Users will receive an email with an activation code. Open the link in the email, enter the activation code, name and password, then click register to activate the account.
Login
Enter your email and password to log in. There is an option to remember the account and a forget password feature.
Home
The home page displays status, history, total ISO employees, total documents and the latest data.
Approval for PIC
The PIC can view and approve documents submitted by staff. Approved documents will be sent back to the admin for distribution.
My documents
The PIC has full access to its division's documents. Staff can only access documents they create themselves and those shared by admins.
Other Documents
The PIC can view documents from other divisions and within the same division, but cannot change documents from other divisions. Staff can view the list of divisions and division members.
Archives
Users can view archived documents, which are divided into active and inactive documents. Expired documents automatically become inactive.
History
View details of changes made by all division members.
