GOPKP – Online Housing and Settlement Data Collection Movement

The official application of the Ministry of Housing and Settlement (PKP) of the Republic of Indonesia, supporting the implementation of digital, fast, and accurate housing data collection.

GOPKP is specifically designed for surveyors appointed by the Central and Regional Governments to collect and verify data related to housing data collection that has received government assistance throughout Indonesia. This application makes the data collection process more structured, transparent, and real-time.

Key Features:
1. Housing Provision Report Infographic
Displays data in informative visual form based on:
• Funding Source: State, developer, self-help, mutual cooperation.
• Development Program Type: Quality improvement/renovation, new construction, and external new construction.

2. Data Collection Report Creation
Complete housing data input includes:
• Location and address of the house.
• Photos of the house, which can be taken directly from the camera or gallery.
• Supporting data such as house type, type of assistance, funding source, and target realization.

3. Report Details & Status
Displays a history of submitted reports along with the latest status:
• Construction Status: Under construction, completed.
• Verification Status: Unverified, verified, rejected, or failed to submit.

About the Developer:
This application was developed by the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the Online Housing and Settlement Area Data Collection Movement. The goal is to provide a modern, integrated, and easy-to-use data collection tool to support equitable housing development data collection throughout Indonesia.
