In principle, spiritual assessment is carried out using 3 (three) components of assessment:
1. SPIRITUAL SATKER VALUE (NRS), namely the value obtained from the assessment conducted by direct supervisor / appraisal official (PP) directly through observation (observation) of the daily religious behavior of civil servants at the Police in their work environment; Aspects of faith, daily worship, social care, ethics / morals / morals, religious tolerance and domestic life, weigh 40% with a value scale of 41-60 (K), 61-75 (C), and 76-90 (B) then input into the E-Rohani Application by the operator who carries the HR / Satker function.
2. THE VALUE OF RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE (NPA), namely the value obtained from the results of the Cognitive Aspect Spiritual examination of religious knowledge and insight, using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) method through the E-Rohani Application, has a weight of 30%
3. ATTITUDE / BEHAVIOR VALUE (NSP), namely the value obtained from the results of the Affective Aspect Spiritual examination, namely Attitude / Behavior in carrying out religious practice, using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) method through the E-Rohani Application, has a weight of 30%
