BISMA (BMD Barcode Information System Mobile Apps) is an innovation developed by the Local Government of the City of Tasikmalaya to make it easier for User Property Managers to carry out the management of regional property. This application provides a solution to the problem of the difficulty of identifying the match between the physical BMD and its recording on the Goods Inventory Card (KIB). User Goods Manager can match the recording of BMD on the Goods Inventory Card (KIB) with physical goods quickly, easily, accountably and ensure that each BMD can be identified using a QR Code label and has the advantage of innovation with the abbreviation REAL:
1. Fast (Rapid); BMD information can be obtained quickly with just a short scan using a Smartphone.
2. Easy (Easy); It can be accessed anywhere by various platforms and does not require desktop installation because it is already Web and Android based.
