The Wellington Eye Clinic is a surgeon-lead practice and was founded in 1980. Since then it has performed 50,000 procedures on patients to rid themselves of their glasses and contact lenses. It was the first independent clinic in Western Europe to acquire an excimer laser, the laser used to give people freedom from their spectacles.
