Most of us work overtime, sit a lot, are less physically active, are too attached to smartphones, television and computers, and adopt unhealthy eating habits. Yoga helps us deal with the harmful physical and mental consequences of such a lifestyle. Our bodies need constant movement and balance. Simple techniques and exercises originating from yoga have been proven to improve problematic symptoms and discomfort by regulating all body systems, releasing tension, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. Adi Yoga Studio is a studio with a homely and family atmosphere. Our practice room is bright and overlooks a green and pastoral garden that creates an atmosphere of calm and detachment from everyday life, which for some of us can be turbulent and exhausting. The studio offers classes for all levels (beginners, continuing and advanced) and everyone can find their place in one of our classes. In addition, the studio is a space of action and activity. Throughout the year, there are many workshops, courses, retreats and events that create a lively and interesting space. Beyond being a studio for practicing Hatha Yoga (physical yoga), we make sure to convey additional value-based content and see the studio as a house of change. We would love to see you!
