BharatTxC is mobile application which allows new clients(Tax payers) to sign up to this platform and leverage different Income tax related services by submitting requests to CA firms in India.

This application helps CA firms to manage their client communications and requests processing seamlessly.

Below are the different feature mobile application provides:

User Sign Up

- Any new user needs to sign up into this application first using email address. Application provide Sign up with Google option.
- Once user Sign up , System verifies valid email address; On successful sign in user navigates to user profile page to fill all required information.

User Profile page contain user related information which will be used by CA firms while processing the requests.

- Once user sign up successfully, user needs to enter below information into user profile page

- Full Name - System will extract this information using name attached to email address user used to sign up
- Email - System will extract this information from email address user used while sign up
- Contact Number - User needs to enter this information for communication.
- Address - User needs to add this information for Communication purpose.
- PAN Number - User needs to enter this information so application can map ITR filing request to PAN number successfully into application.
- Aadhar Card Number - User needs to enter this information so application can map ITR filing request to Aadhar card successfully into application.

Return Request page will display list of all past requests submitted by client to CA firms.

New Request

- User can submit new request to CA firms using this feature where user needs to select request type which will define type for service client is requesting from CA firm.
- Return type will define what type of return user wants to process through CA Firm.
- Financial year will help client to submit request for specific tax year to CA firm.
- User can upload ITR document (Form 16) as well as supporting document for CA firms to review and refer while processing request.
- User can provide any additional comments which CA firms can take under consideration while processing this request.

Request Details page contain below information

- Request type : This will help CA firms to identify what request client has submitted.
- Financial year : This will help CA firm to confirm request is for which financial year.
- Request Status: This will help Client as well as CA firms to see what is the current status of request.
- Lined document section will display all attached documents to this request. Also allows client to upload any additional requested documents by CA firm.
- Staff comments section display communication received from CA firm to client.
