CIL SAMVAAD is an online digital helpdesk for its employees and stakeholders. It can be used for submission suggestion and feedback which are monitored and securitized by respective subsidiary companies. Each subsidiary company has specific portal for submission of feedback and suggestion which can be accessed through this app. Also a Quick Response Team will be available for resolving issues raised by users. Consumers and Vendors can register by giving basic information and further login and submit feedback or suggestions
