How this application will help you?
• Add client and service details in application.
• When you want to schedule visit for any client, you have to create new visit with available data. (You can document expected charge, necessary documents, doubt-full items, your conversations and disclaimer in notes/detailed notes section)
• When you are creating/updating visit, system calculates pending amount for current visit and asks for recording payment entry. If you received money, then you can add entry in passbook.
• You can also maintain your expenses with application. (So that your wallet has same amount which is shown in application)
• When same client comes again, then you can search client in this application using different search criteria.
• When you click on client, you can see all basic details of client, received amount, pending amount and his visits.
• On basis of that details, application tries to remind client specific data (using documented data).


What is legacy-id?
• If you are using unique-id to maintain your clients and visits, you can add this legacy system's unique-id in legacy-id field.
• You can change verbiage for legacy-id as per your requirement. (For example: Client Legacy ID to Customer ID or Booking ID).
• Generally we do not change this ID, so that we have disabled it by default, if you want to enable it, you can change it from settings.


Application Settings
• Change currency symbol.
• Change Date and time format.
• Enable/Disable legacy ID modification.


What is verbiage settings?
• As per different business, they have own words for particular entity.
• You can change verbiage for client, visit, service etc. using this settings
• For example: Someone is using word appointment instead of visit, they can change verbiage from verbiage settings as per their requirement.
