How does a Personal Loan Using DMI Finance App work?
1. Loan Amount: ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000
2. Repayment Tenor: 12 to 60 months
3. Rate of Interest/Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 12% to 24.9%
4. Eligibility: Minimum household income of ₹3 Lakh per annum

Illustrative Example:
• Loan Amount: ₹50,000
• Tenure: 12 months
• Interest Rate: 22% (on reducing principal balance interest calculation)
• EMI: ₹4,680
• Total Interest Payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months - ₹50,000 Principal = ₹6,160
• Processing Fees: (2% of loan amount + GST) = ₹1,180
• Disbursed Amount: ₹50,000 - ₹1,180 = ₹48,820
• Total Amount Payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months = ₹56,160
