This educational mobile app platform, designed to share fishing information by the fishermen, for the fishermen, is the outcome of an ICSSR-funded project (2019–24). It is the brainchild of Dr. Anand Lenin, reflecting his commitment and vision for the fishing community in India. Before developing this app, he travelled the entire length and breadth of the 1,711 km coastline of Kerala, Puducherry, and Tamil Nadu, meeting over 1,000 fishermen, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
