RAIL SUGAM is a first ever Mobile App designed and developed for providing Anytime Anywhere information on Indian Railway’s Freight Business to its esteemed customers and public at large. The App is designed with enhanced GIS views using Google Maps and data views on multiple Indian Railways freight aspects including performance, terminal handling details, contact details of concerned officers and many more features detailed as under.

The App, apart from providing from proving vital statistics, key aspects of IR Freight Business and others, also helps its customers to keep track of their consignment through track and trace feature for an FNR. The same provides both data and GIS view of the consignment journey and provides users with the expected time of arrival of their consignment at destined location.
