After being amazed by various flavors, we wanted to share these flavors with friends and neighbors who lived in our neighborhood. And to our surprise we got feedbacks which would make us happy. That’s when we decided to start our own cloud kitchen called "Chef In The Hat" from our home. We started delivering our scrumptious boxes of a healthy diet that were prepared from fresh ingredients through the whole lockdown. But as the world began to gradually adapt to the new environment, I was unable to pursue this dream due to my job commitments. Later, we started getting several calls from friends and neighbors who missed our delicious Arabic Shawamas, Sahi Tukdas, and our own unique Mutton Biryani and wanted to know why we stopped serving food. This inspired us to start a fully functional cloud kitchen.
