CD Warriors Mobile App is an official application conceptualized by Directorate General Fire Services Civil Defence & Home Guards (DG FSCDHG) and developed by NIC (National Informatics Centre) to facilitate the registration and management of Civil Defence Warriors across India. The app empowers patriotic citizens to enroll as volunteers and contribute to nation building and emergency response efforts. In the event of any emergencies like Crisis scenarios, hostile attacks, disasters, fire safety, first aid, or rescue operations, Civil Defence Volunteers are the frontline responders. This mobile app provides a digital backbone to support, organize, and expand this force multiplier.
Key Features:
Volunteer Registration:
Citizens can easily register as Civil Defence Volunteers through a secure and guided process.

Unique Identification (PID & HFP):
Upon registration, each volunteer receives a unique civil defence warrior registeration number (unique Personal Identification Number).

Approval Workflow:
State and district-level Nodal Officers can review and approve applications directly through their dashboards.

Restoration Module:
Registered CDVs can correct and update their profile details.
