Assume you request ₹50,000 for 180 days at the maximum APR.
Processing fee = ₹50,000 * 1% = ₹500
GST on the fee = ₹500 * 18% = ₹90
Processing fee and GST are deducted at the time of loan disbursement.
Amount credited to you = ₹50,000 – ₹500 – ₹90 = ₹49,410
Interest = ₹50,000 × 18.25% × (180 ÷ 365) = ₹4,500
Total repayment = Principal + Interest= ₹50,000 + ₹4,500 = ₹54,500
