In this app you can use three exercises to learn and improve your gratitude, your focus and the achievement of your personal goals.
The exercise “8 Painting” gives the app its name. Here you paint a lying eight (an infinity sign). This helps you focus better and connect the two hemispheres of your brain better.
In the gratitude exercise, you can write down what you are grateful for every day.
And in the exercise Heaven and Hell you describe what your personal hell and heaven are and how you move towards or away from them.
In the “Gratitude” exercise, you can write down three things every day that you are grateful for and set a reminder for them; this will improve your happiness in the long term.
In the "Heaven & Hell" exercise, you write down what is your personal hell (the things you want to avoid at all costs) and what is your personal heaven (the things that make you happy). You can also indicate whether you have moved towards or away from it and thus track in the long term whether you are on the right path.
