This app helps people do a simplified form of Tai Chi led by the computer. It requires no training or previous experience; you just follow along. There are 9 postures, which can be done sitting (just using the arms) or standing. If you are standing, you can make it more like real tai chi by doing the stepping correctly, which is explained by a video. This app is called Tai Chi Fusion because, in addition to the tai chi like movements, there are energies of Water, Wind, Fire, and Ground, which are stress responses and come from Miyamoto Musahsi's famous Book of Five Rings on Japanese Swordsmanship. There is also a 4 minute qigong routine and a game. Enjoy!
