We’ve added shortcuts, agent offline/online status, switch account, close conversation, archive conversation, mail transcript, and bulk close threads for our beta release.

We are also making major changes to the ‘search’ feature. The next version will have an advanced search capability compared to the current version, where only ‘search by contact name’ is enabled. We have disabled ‘snooze contact’ in the release due to an ongoing module upgrade.
Also made some minor improvements and bug fixes.
