Contra'Terre is an mobile app that allows users to download or fill out, 10 currently recognized agrarian contract models in Côte d'Ivoire by the Rural Land Agency (AFOR). These contracts are intended to govern the relationship between a landowner (often called a guardian) and their agricultural operator. Some contracts on the application can be made on land with or without a land certificate, while others are final transfer contracts and can only be made on land with a land certificate. Contra'Terre allows users to download the contract model of their choice and/or fill it out directly from the application. If the user chooses to fill out the contract from the Contra'Terre application, they will receive advice to facilitate their understanding of the contract.
