The minimum response time is from 1 hour, depending on the remoteness of the object and the complexity of the roads during rush hour.
All customers who are on Maintenance are provided with access to the Customer's Personal Account.

- Track the timing of the Maintenance, types of work (TO1, TO2, TO3)
- Create applications for the departure of an engineer for repair and restoration work
- Track the degree of completion of created applications
- Control the work done
- Download attached Acts of Engineers
- Track all completed orders for any selected period
- Creation of applications for the production of access cards
and much more.
All created requests of Customers, at the same time, come in the form of SMS messages to the phone of the engineer responsible for this object and to his e-mail.
As a result of the work, an SMS informing about the completed application is sent to the phone of the responsible person of the Customer.
