Polly is a tool used when you are stuck in mental problems. Together with Polly we look at how we can help you and your loved ones with your recovery as best as possible. You always use Polly in combination with a number of conversations with a practitioner. Before and after these conversations you will get to work yourself:

1. Share your story
The first conversation focuses on your story.
We discuss who you are, what your life looks like and how you got stuck.
With Polly you can already map out your story. In a number of steps you tell about your life, your situation and why you took the step to seek help.

2. Explore your patterns
After the first conversation, you collect building blocks in Polly that tell something about your situation. These may be feelings that bother you, such as sadness or worry. It could also be things that play a role in your environment, such as arguments or money worries. With these building blocks, we can investigate together in the second conversation with the Pattern Explorer in which patterns you are stuck.

3. Look ahead
The third part of the Polly app is about looking ahead. This part helps you think about what is important to you, where you would like to go and what help you need with that. In the third conversation you will draw up a recovery plan together based on this.
Step by step, we will gain more insight into your situation together.
