I am the owner of the first School of Confectionery Courses in Betim - MG
and I wanted to tell you that this dream didn't start yesterday.
Since I was little I have always been passionate about cooking,
mostly desserts.
I loved learning new recipes, testing old ones and was always experimenting and creating.
The kitchen for me has always been a lot of fun, with many discoveries and unusual flavors.
But, only at the age of 32 did I discover confectionery as a great passion.
And it was since then that I never left Fouet and Mixer again.
I left a fixed job as a Financial Analyst to dedicate myself totally to the art of making cakes and sweets.
In January 2019 I opened the FIRST SCHOOL OF CONFECTIONERY in the city of Betim - MG.
The only school with a 100% Confectionery focus,
with weekly classes from the most diverse areas of Confectionery.
Are good times synonymous with a good dessert after a hearty lunch? So that's exactly what you find here at Ateliê Maria Florinda. It is not enough for us to be a confectionery school, we also want to sweeten life. So if you are from the “ant” team, you will love to know our menu of sweets and desserts.
