Hazrat Sultan Bahu was a Sufi saint belonging to Qadri Silsila . He was a disciple of Hazrat Habib-ullah. He wrote many books in Persian like Nurul Huda and Risala-e-Roohi

He is counted among other sufi luminaries like Waris Shah, Bulleh Shah, Sain Mian Mir etc . His compositions like Chambe di Booti are filled with mystic tendencies
