Why did I decide to write this "book"? (in quotation marks because it is actually a very peculiar work). The reasons are various and I try to summarize them as a useful reading key for everyone:

On the one hand, the desire to create something constantly updated for those preparing for competitions in the PA pushed me. As we know, the updating of administrative law is frenetic, almost paranoid and often the student has a sense of frustration in not knowing if the legislation and the comment he is reading is "updated". An online book, without an edition date, is what I have been thinking for years and that I have now decided to start writing;
To give substance to hundreds of hours of training carried out in preparation for competitions and to have a reference structure complementary to the courses and the preparation manual.
To deepen aspects that are not found in the manuals on the market, in particular clear practical examples, parallels between the various topics, diagrams and concept maps
To deal with operational aspects useful for the competition tests, which require a specific approach

So a "non-book" made up of explanations of legal issues, specialist insights, updated legislation, the most significant jurisprudence and many concrete and practical examples to learn, understand and even memorize the arguments.

Please note:

You will often find these spaces dedicated to ideas, insights, decalogues. A system to give even more graphic evidence to the essential aspects. I will use it mainly for the summary of the paragraphs
