Ahmed Faraz Urdu Poet was born on 12 January 1931 in Kohat, Pakistan. His full name Syed Ahmed Shah Ali and pen name are his Faraz. He was known as the best Urdu poets of Pakistan. He has died due to kidney failure and died on 25th Aug 2008 in Islamabad and he was buried in H-8 Graveyard Islamabad.
