This application aims to:
★ Make it easy for PKB (Family Planning Extension Officer) in managing family planning acceptor data.
★ Make it easier for the general public, especially in the Kudus Regency, Central Java Province and Medan City, North Sumatra Province to register for the Family Planning Program.

Features:
✔ Acceptor Candidates: menu for PLKB to access online data of prospective acceptors who have registered, in this menu can export to transfer data to text format (.txt) or save for later editing on the "Record Acceptor" menu. Text files (.txt) can also be moved and opened on a PC / Laptop using MS Word for later printing.
✔ Acceptor Data: menu for PLKB to edit if there is an error in inputting prospective acceptor data, this menu can also export to move data to text format (.txt). Text files (.txt) can also be moved and opened on a PC / Laptop using MS Word for later printing.
