The Physical Examination in Nursing application, launched with the aim of helping the professional, systematizing their care, through a guided data collection capable of elaborating a nursing evolution.

The app collaborates with the nurse's routine, promoting agility and time optimization during their work shift.

It works completely offline, requiring no internet connection.

With this app, the professional will be able to issue a nursing evolution with technical quality focused on the clinical analysis of his patient.

The app is perfect to be used in the hospital environment and also in private/home care, as it offers a documentary basis for your nursing evolution.

Nurses will have a tool ready to document their care, generating practicality, quality and professionalism in the palm of their hands.

With it you can:
1 - Save your evolution using the save button;
2 - View your evolutions in a list ( icon next to the text exams already performed) and select it using the list button, but when you finish selecting your patient's data, do not forget to save them, because only then will his name appear in the list of exams already performed.
3 - Delete all data by restarting the app's system;
4- Register nursing conducts enabling the generation of nursing prescriptions.
5 - Share the generated text;

NOTE: After collecting the data through the selections: confirm using the CONFIRM button, before saving;
The files are saved on your device;
The application does not generate a PDF file;
