Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES), in accordance with the Additional Article 8 added to the Decree Law No. 78 on Academic Staff Staff in Higher Education Institutions, by Law No. 5538,

> In appointments to the positions of lecturers, lecturers, research assistants, experts, translators and education and training planners in higher education institutions,

> at the entrance to postgraduate education in our country,

> in the selection of candidates to be sent abroad for postgraduate education

It is the examination system that provides the scores to be used by the relevant institutions.
