Wellness Check is a simple, research-based mental wellness app designed to help you reflect on your well-being and track your progress over time. Through short questionnaires on aspects of wellbeing, it helps you reflect on how you’re doing, where you’re headed, and ways to maintain or enhance your mental wellbeing.

The Wellness Check feedback is based on norms developed in an Indian adult sample as part of an ICSSR-funded project at the Positive Psychology Unit, Dept. of Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS, Bangalore.
