Västtrafik Bus on demand is a test of running smaller buses on demand. There is no fixed route or timetable. You book the trip in the app and choose when and where you will be picked up and dropped off.

This is how it works:

• Enter the address you want to go from, the address you want to go to and when you want to go. The app plans the trip from a stop near you, to a stop near your destination address.

• A bus will pick you up within 10-20 minutes.

• You ride together with others who are going in the same direction as you.

• Västtrafik's regular tickets apply, for example period tickets and senior cards. You cannot buy a ticket on board.

• You can travel Monday to Friday 7-21 and Saturday to Sunday 10-21.

• Bus on demand is available in Ulricehamn's conurbation area and in Kinna, Skene and Örby. At vasttrafik.se/bussondemand there are maps showing where you can use the service.

Västtrafik Bus on demand is a test that runs until the summer of 2024. It is a way of investigating how we can get even more people to travel sustainably. The usual public transport is running as usual.
