The Early Warning Signs Scale is a scale created by Hospital St. Jude with encouragement from WHO, in order to internationalize its quality, allowing pediatric hospitals to improve their care, in Brazil the pioneering Hospital Martagão Gesteira using this scale idealized the ESAPP: an application that improves the application of this scale, previously used only manually, which hindered the project's adherence and ease.
