Sugam is a robust solution developed for all Milk Producer Companies under NDDB Dairy Services to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This solution is divided into two distinct apps: a web app for Admins and a mobile app for Facilitators and Sahayaks. Facilitators are area-specific supervisors designated by the Milk Producer Company to oversee multiple Milk Pouring Points (MPPs) and their respective societies. They conduct periodic MPP visits, collect feedback, perform observation tasks, and organize meetings and stakeholder orientations. Facilitators also have access to real-time milk procurement data, empowering them to make informed decisions on the ground. Sahayak, on the other hand, are responsible for managing a single MPP, focusing on milk procurement and ensuring the smooth functioning of their assigned MPP. With the web app enabling Admins to manage activities at a higher level, Sugam simplifies workflows, enhances collaboration, and provides actionable insights, making it an indispensable tool for the dairy industry.
