With the SigMobile app, the resident is able to consult the accesses of visitors, service providers, underage residents, employees registered at the unit, and adult residents who have authorized the disclosure of their accesses, in accordance with the General Protection Law Data No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018.

We also provide the Express Authorization feature, which allows the resident to pre-authorize their visitor / service provider at the door of their condominium, without worrying about having to wait for the intercom to ring to release it, giving more comfort to the resident without losing operation security.

*** NEW FEATURE: The resident is able to consult the records of people and vehicles of his unit, being able to check the integrity of the registered data, view the photos stored in the condominium and for condominiums that have facial recognition equipment, it is also possible to consult the quality of the stored photo.
