To use the app, you need to register for an account. Please check the app terms of use and proceed to "Create an account". *When creating an account, please register your name (in hiragana), email address, and mobile phone number.
How to use
1, Book a ride
① Set the pick-up and drop-off points by moving the pin on the map or selecting from the list. *Tap the "Current location button" to display your current location information.
② Tap "Next".
③ Set the boarding time. To change, tap the "Time tab", select the time, and tap "Confirm".
④ Select the number of passengers (*up to 8 people) and tap "Confirm".
⑤ Tap “Reservation Request”.
2, Confirm your reservation
Once you find a vehicle, tap "Confirm Reservation" within 30 seconds to confirm your ride reservation. *It will be canceled if the time runs out.
3, Preparing for the ride
The current location of the vehicle will be displayed on the app. You will be notified when you approach the boarding position, so please wait at the boarding position.
