The application will be used by two types of users, administrators, and authorized posts, the objective is to promote the interactions of technical assistants with Makita's After-Sales administration.
Through the application, both types of users will have access to the following functions:
- Consult Calls
This tool allows application users to see tickets opened in the web version of the system and tickets opened through the application.
- Create a new ticket
Both administrators and authorized stations will be able to create a new ticket, to clarify technical doubts, doubts about the status of requests for parts, report problems related to operations and request training.
- Consult Exploded Views
The application will allow users to access the exploded views of Makita products so that it can be used for assembly and disassembly of the products.
- Consult Announcements
All communications triggered by Makita were available in the app for users to consult at any time.
