The program "Hesab Tirche" is designed to calculate each joist length meter according to the load table defined in the program. The upper, lower and reinforcing beams are calculated automatically, which can also be changed by the user.
Parameters per meter of joist length include fixed cost, rebar price, profit percentage and outflow price, which is calculated automatically out of the difference between factory rebar and waste price.
The price of bars is based on the factory's day-to-day pricing and the profit is calculated separately by the user.
