The Home Restaurant Parma (Festival of the Home Kitchen, unusual and Social Eating), is organized by NTV 3.1 in collaboration with the Master in "Web communication and social media" at the University of Parma.
The philosophy and the festival concept (innovative and original in the formula) is to enhance the DOC-PDO-PGI products of Parma and the province and promote, in homes and in unusual spaces, habits and food consumption of the local population by encouraging socialization also with aims of territorial and tourism promotion.
The festival is held on two weekends in May and October.
It should be considered that Parma was chosen by UNESCO as a "creative city for gastronomy" and that May is the month of Cibus, International Food Exhibition, and therefore we believe that our-your Festival will take place in the place and at the right time.
The Festival is possible thanks to the sponsorship of the City of Parma, the Italian Academy of Cuisine participation of various associations and municipalities of Parma, as well as several leading companies in the agro-industry alimenatre actors and agents in the catering public and social eating.
