• TELEVISION: remote visit via video call
• CHAT: communication with the doctor via messages
• DOCUMENT EXCHANGE: exchange of health documentation between patient and doctor (for example sending exams or analyzes useful for clinical evaluation and receiving reports, prescriptions etc.)
